How much will you give me for a referral fee if I give you the name of a property address, a seller, buyer, or tenant? Only if we determine the property to be a solid business deal and close on the property, or after we screen the potential tenant, buyer or seller and execute the transaction, either buying a house you refererred or putting a referred tenant in place, we pay referral fees. This means we don't give money for just sending us faxes with property addresses of a vacant or some other house for sale or for someone who "might" move in. We give referral fees when the referrals actually go-through. And We're honest, so we'll follow through with what we say. Back to Top
