Fellow Investors and Partners,

If you share an interest in real estate or a related industry, helping provide safe, clean housing for potential residents, finding matches between buyers & sellers, or solving other real estate related matters, we would be pleased to take the opportunity to work with you in mutually profitable investments.  We also have a sincere interest in developing a network of investors and partners because we understand that by working together, we can achieve outcomes that are not only mutually beneficial for us as investors and businesspeople, but even more beneficial to the community.   

However, helping each other doesn't necessarily have to be a financial transaction.  Even if there isn't a business deal or an investment proposal between us coming in the near future, we're always pleased to meet people with similar ideas and interests.  We love to talk about investing and real estate related topics (among other things), discuss past and future deals, share ideas, as well as just meet new people and make new friends.  It's always a pleasure to find people who share something in common.  It's even better when we can learn from each other and work through difficult times together. 

As far as business matters, we conduct real estate deals in a variety of ways.  Some of the methods we use between investors can include referrals, wholesales, lease options, joint or strategic ventures, as well as other possibilities.  If you are interested in finding an investment partner or working with us in any way, don't hesitate to contact us.  If you're looking for investments, perhaps we can wholesale a property to you, find you a perfect tenant or help to solve another one of your situations.  Maybe we can be one end of your buyer/seller solutions or vice versa.  Of course, as investors too, we always like to entertain possible investment opportunities!  So please contact us if you have something we might be interested in. 

We'd also like to extend this invitation to those of you who work with investors in one form or another.  Again, it doesn't necessarily have to be a business partner-type of relationship, but we love to talk about what we enjoy and throw ideas around.  Perhaps we can assist each other and learn from each other in the future as well.
